HR Menadžer
U potrazi smo za HR menadžerom koji će voditi razvoj ljudi i koordinirati proces zapošljavanja. Od tebe očekujemo da uspostaviš i održavaš HR procese, kao i da neguješ kulturu kompanije.
Potrebno je da:
- Predložiš i primeniš dobre prakse ljudskih resursa
- Strukturiraš i organizuješ proces zapošljavanja u saradnji sa menadžmentom
- Organizuješ i vodiš priključivanje novih zaposlenih
- Organizuješ team-building aktivnosti
Minimalni zahtevi su:
- Najmanje 1 godina iskustva u HR poslovima
- Odlične komunikacijske veštine
- Dobro poznavanje srpskog i mađarskog jezika
Poznavanje engleskog jezika je plus ali nije neophodno.
